1. I've submitted a lesson but the status is "pending",  what's wrong?

We carefully review every lesson before submitting it to the Lesson Store, please be patient.

 

2. I edit the lesson and now i can't find it in the store, what's wrong?

Every change you made  will remove the lesson from the Lesson Store. We will have to review the change and re-approve it.

 

3. I published a lesson but now i want to remove it, how do i do that?

It is possible to remove a lesson from the Lesson Store by doing the following:

a. Under the Lesson Builder click the Edit Link of your choosen lesson
b. Under Publish Status select Suspend.

The lesson will be removed from the Lesson Store immediately. Keep in mind that  all the users the previously purchased the lesson will still be able to view it.

 

4. How do i upload a newer version of the lesson?

a. Under the Lesson Builder click the Edit Link of your chosen lesson
b. Under the field 'Lesson File' click the Remove button
c. Upload a new version of the file

 

5 Can i go back to the previous version?

You can go back to the previous version  by uploading the file again. We do not keep all versions of your lessons in our system.

 

6. When do i get paid?

At the beginning of the following month between the 1st and the 10th . We will transfer the money directly to your PayPal account. To set your PayPal account and your publisher information go to publisher setting

 

7. What does 'Access' means under Lesson Builder?

The access column shows how many users viewed your lessons until today.

 

8. What does 'Impressions' means under Lesson Builder?

The impressions columns shows how many users viewed the lesson description in our Lesson Store.
