1. Do i get a certificate when i finish a lesson?

No. Oischool focus only on providing knowledge material and not giving certificates.

2. I want to read more information about the publisher, Where can i find it?

Under each lesson you can click on the publisher name to display the publisher's biography page.

3. I do not have PayPal account, how can i purchase the lesson?

PayPal allow clients to pay without using a PayPal account. After checkout you will be redirect to PayPal website, on the left side of the page you will see:

Use your credit card or bank account (where available). <continue>

Click the <continue> link to continue with the transaction.

4. In Lesson Store i see free lesson, why do i still have to add them to my cart?

In our system all lessons go through the same checkout process. You may combine in your cart free lessons and paid lessons but you will be only charged for the paid one.

5. i found a bug in the lesson or wrong information, what do i do?

You can contact the the publisher by doing the following:

a. Go to 'My Lessons' under the chosen lesson click on the publisher name .
b. Click on the link 'Contact this publisher' to open the contact form.
c. Fill the details about the bug you found and press send.

If the publisher does not answer within 48 hours you can Contact Us.

6. I purchased a lesson but i don't understand anything.

You should carefully read the 'Previous Knowledge' requirement before you add the lesson. We suggest you to start with more basic lessons and slowly move to more advance.

7. What about refund?

As all of our products are digital software, delivered instantly once payment is received it is impossible for you to return a product to use for a refund. We only make exceptions with this rule when the lesson appears to be not-as-described on a case by case basis in agreement of the parties concerned. Please make sure that you've carefully read the description before purchasing any lesson. You can also Contact Us or the publisher if you need more help to decide.
